2-tell me about your past experience in the field? my experience is in the field of diesel mechanics and because I like to be more specific and also because it gives more money 3-what was the most challenging situation you faced? in my work and had many discussions which I have solved with calm and patience 4-what is your think your co-workers would describe you? my coworkers are quality and good people, but there are q ringers are very treacherous, and these people describe as double-sided 7-what is your best strength/worst weakness? Tell me about your experience in the field I work as manager of the RS21 in the city of screams last December supèrbisar was in charge of all the goods, be aware of the daily accounts at the end of each day and paying employees is strong most of all in the administrative to be having a great responsabilidar in the company since the company have lost because I had to respond to the lack of control in the company
1) Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here, in this company? Because it has very good reputation, its products are very efficient always been my dream to work in this company that has all the necessary technology to use and apply to automotive customers
2) Tell me about your past experience in the field? I have little experience in the workplace have always worked in the family business dedicated to the metallurgical and mechanical
3) What was the most challenging situation you faced? There have been many difficult experiences that have required more concentration and more efficiently than brute force and have been overcome with desire and effort
4) have you used?
Hhydraulic machines also have used high-power welding and basic tools of mechanics in general
5) How do you feel about working overtime?
I love working and I think once we all work overtime to do to achieve a common goal
6) How do you think your co-workers would describe you?
All the companions I have had have always been very efficient this has taught me to be me too and we all have little problems but I would describe it
7) What is your best strength/worst weakness?
Best of my dedication is to concentrate on what I do and always finish on time and my worst part is the timeliness
8) How do you see yourself in 5 years?
In a better position to obtain a better salary and slowly move up my goals
9) Why did you choose to study?
Because the study discovered better ways of overcoming both work and personal
10) What kinds of takes and responsibilities motivate you the most?
I like to have the initiative I am very consistent in the things also manage a work group

What was the most challenging situation you faced? With clients because they are upset and want to abuse us and treat us as workers as they wish or want. 4. Have you used (Whatever special tool you may be requiere to use/opérate in your field)? A notebook to keep track of sale. 5. How do you feel about working overtime? Well, i have any problem to work overtime if it’s to finísh an important Project to the company. 6. How do you think your co-workers would describe you?
